If the reader is already installed, then uninstall it first

Step 1 - Download the Reader Software here

Step 2 - Doubleclick the downloaded file

Step 3 - Follow below screens and steps

Step 4 - When asked to allow the app from an unknown publisher,
click Yes, or OK, or "Run anyway". You might need to click "More info"

Step 5 - Finish the install.

Step 6 - Launch the reader app from the Desktop or Start Menu.
